Take a look at this paper. Its a VLSI implementation of the IWT aka the Lifting wavelet transform

Are ub doing any work on that ?

Heh, I was completely and totally wrong with my comments beforehand. There's even a preprint in the latest Wavelet Digestt: "Efficient lifting wavelet transform for microprocessor and VLSI applications"
