Second International Conference on Computational Harmonic Analysis in conjunction with the 19th Annual Shanks Lecture Honoring Baylis and Olivia Shanks

May 24 -- May 30, 2004, Vanderbilt University, Nashville Tennessee.

The conference will feature several tutorial lectures about established and growing links between Analysis in general, and Harmonic Analysis in particular, to Applied Mathematics, Natural and Life Sciences, and Industrial Mathematics. We strongly encourage graduate students and postdocs to participate. Topics for submission include (but are not limited to): 1) Wavelet Theory and Applications; 2) Frame Theory and Applications; 3) Sampling Theory and Applications; 4) Learning Theory and Applications; 5) Multifractal and Applications; 6) Time Frequency Analysis, Gabor Representations and Applications.

Conference Chairs: Akram Aldroubi (Vanderbilt University), Charles Chui (University of Missouri - St. Louis, and Stanford University).

Contributed talks:
If you wish to contribute an oral or poster presentation you must submit an abstract on or before March 23, 2004. Your abstract should include the following
1-Abstract Title
2- Authors listing: Names of Authors, Affiliations, Mailing Address, Phone, Fax, Email
3- Presentation: Your preference for “Poster Presentation” or “Oral Presentation.” Final placement is subject to Chairs’ discretion.
4- Abstract Text: No more than 250 words
5- Keywords: List a maximum of five keywords
