#18 Varia: Rice Consortium on Computational Seismic Interpretation

Dear Wavelet Digest Readers,

We would like to inform you about a new wavelet research effort at
Rice University. The Rice DSP Group and the Computational Mathematics
Laboratory at Rice is in the process of starting a new research
consortium:

Rice Consortium on Computational Seismic Interpretation (CCSI)

The main focus of the consortium will be applications of wavelets,
time-frequency and time-scale analysis for seismic interpretation.

Information about the effort can be found at http://www.dsp.rice.edu/ccsi/

Regards

Jan Erik Odegard, Ph.D.
