#14 Question: Real Time Fast Wavelet Transform.

I am an grad student working on a thesis on wavelets. The main goal is
getting the transform working in real time on a DSP (without edge
distortion), and doing some calculations in the wavelet domain for
demonstration purposes, like denoising, etc.. We were thinking about
some new applications in computer music that would benifit from a real
time implementation like morphing, and sound modifcation, synthesis...

I would very much appreciate reply's on this subject. Be it links, or
simple idea's. I dindnt find very much information about the 'crative'
use of wavelets as in 'creating new sonic experiences...'

Thanks,
