#19 Question: Phd in Wavelets and Operations Research?

Hello, every one:

I'd like to look for a place to lead to my Ph.D. next year. I have a
Math bachelor degree and an Operations Research master degree. I have
worked at the National University of Defense Technology, a famous
Chinese University, for ten years. My main research fields are the
Wavelet Applications and Operations Research. On the Wavelets aspect,
I am good at the fast algorithms of the wavelets transform and
sampling theory. Typical application is the data compression of remote
sensing images with the algorithms. My algorithms have been fulfilled
on the remote sensing satellites by the hardware, for they only
contain the shifts and additions and specially suit for the remote
sensing satellites. On the Operations Research aspect, I study the
complex manpower systems, just like the public servant system of
China. Additionally, I have very strong computer skills. Now, I am the
director of the Data Compression Lab. of our department, an Associate
Professor, advisor of graduate students and associate advisor of
doctoral students.
I hope to study (including co-research!) the wavelets applications. If any
one could help me, please kindly contact me by the email. I will send my
detail materials to you.
