#12 Course: IEEE Educational Videos on Wavelets

A series of IEEE Educational videos on wavelets is now available from
IEEE headquarters, featuring an easy graphical review of the relevant
mathematics behind wavelets, and an exciting array of applications
from image, audio and video compression, to speech coding and
recognition, to noise filtering. This video series is accessible to a
wide audience of researchers and students in mathematics, science and
especially in engineering disciplines. Prerequisites are kept to a
minimum: some calculus and linear algebra, and a working familiarity
with concepts in signal processing.
