#26 Question: Fractional Brownian motion data analysis

I am presently engaged in a research problem that involves a signal
that shows persistence in small time scales (H > 0.5) and
antipersistence in large time scales (H < 0.5). FFTs have shown one
big peak and a lot of broadband noise. I wonder if there are any
algorithms available (C source code or M files) that I could use for
my data. I have seen Flandrin's work on the subject but he presents
no algorithms in his articles. Any suggestions?
