Question: Constant-Q filter in EEG signal analysis

I am a student working in the field of biomedical engineering and at
the moment I am writing my thesis about EEG signal processing. I am
working with energy operators to track the energy of the signal and to
estimate the instanteanous amplitude and frequency. To use the
algorithms, a proper filtering of the signal is necessary. As a
constant-Q filter, or multiscale wavelet-like filter bank is proposed
in several articels, my questions are: 1) Do you know how to create
such a filter bank (or better) 2) Do you know if there is an already
existing file in some matlab toolbox doing this 3) Has somebody used
such a filter bank for EEG signals It would by a great help, if
somebody could answer me these questions.
