Contents: Special Issue on Wavelets of the Proceedings of the IEEE

A special issue on wavelets of the Proceedings of the IEEE appeared in
April. It was co-edited by Jelena Kovacevic from Bell Labs and Ingrid
Daubechies from Princeton University. It spans a wide range of topics
and is meant to give an overview of the use of wavelets in various
areas.
