Question: Looking for software for LST, LCT and wavelets

Dear readers,

I am looking for three items:

First of all I am interested in (fast) program for the local sine or
local cosine transform in Fortran, C or matlab.

Secondly, I am looking for some matlab-mex-wrappers for the programs
in Numerical Recipes, especially those related to the wavelet
transform.

Thirdly, I am looking for software to carry out fractional
differentiation with the wavelet transformin the sense described by
Beylkin (SIAM J. Numer. Anal., On the representation of operators in
bases of compactly supported wavelets, 6, 1992, pages 1716-1740)

I would very much appriciate any reply or suggestion,
