Question: Faster wavelet transforms

Hello wavepeople:

I am interested in whether or not there exist fast wavelet transform
programs in C implementing fast inverse wavelet transform techniques as
referenced in the article by Hilton, Jawerth and Sengupta (section 4.1) and
described in the article by Andersson, Hall, Jawerth and Peters in their article"Wavelets on Closed Subsets of the Real Line," in "Recent Advances in Wavelet
Analysis,"edited by Schumaker and Webb (Academic Press, 1994) pp 1-61. I would
greatly appreciate any information on this, or any other such faster
implementations of the DWT .

Thanks in advance!
