Question: Wavelets in the methods of moments

Hi,
I'm trying to reproduce the work done by Steinberg and Leviatan
in the may 1993 issue of IEEE Transactions on Antennas and
Propagation. It is concerned with the utilisation of wavelets in the
method of moments.

My question is how do you decompose the problem into wavelets?
Could anyone give me an explanation using a simple wire antenna of
some arbitary length, say 6 inches?

Any help or suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks
Benjamin Taylor
