Question: On the lookout for an interesting research project

ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AN INTERESTING RESEARCH PROJECT

Dear Researchers and Practitioners,

I am an Applied Mathematician at Vienna and I have created
a Ph.D. thesis about orthonormal wavelet bases from a theoretical
point of view together with some supporting publications during
the last years. In this connection I got the offer to participate
for about one year in an international research project at a
university or a private research institute with the help of a
rather generous scholarship. If you know of the formation of
such a project where I can extend my knowledge from a more
practical point of view, then please contact me.

Stefan Pittner, Institute for Applied and Numerical Mathematics,
Technical University Vienna, Wiedner Hauptstrasse 8-10/115-2,
A-1040 Wien, Austria
