Available: list of errata from Wickerhauser book

I have placed into the WUARCHIVE ftp site, and will periodically update, a
list of errata from my book ``Adapted Wavelet Analysis from Theory to
Software", ISBN 1-56881-041-5, published by AK Peters, Ltd.

The pathnames to the two files (each less than 3k in size) are
/doc/techreports/wustl.edu/math/papers/awaftts-errata.tex
/doc/techreports/wustl.edu/math/papers/awaftts-errata.dvi

The .dvi file can be recompiled from the .tex file. I believe that the .dvi
format is the most generally useful one for formatted text files to be
distributed via anonymous ftp, but if you have difficulties the .tex file is
almost human-readable and can be compiled with LaTeX at most sites.

If you find an erratum in the text, kindly send me email specifying the page
and line number and I will add that correction to the site file. As people
detect bugs and send me reports, I will also release patches to the
accompanying program diskette.
