Question: Semi-orthogonal properties of CHUI wavelets.

Hi,

I am studying wavelets for applications in communications.
For this purpose, I have been looking at SPLINE wavelets
proposed by Dr. CHARLES K. CHUI in his book "An introduction to
Wavelets". They are Semi-orthogonal wavelets. They seem to be
exhibiting all the Semi ( / Bi) - orthogonal properties, only for
the ODD orders. I would like to know if somebody else has
generated / studied them, so that I could verify my simulation
results with them.

The problem is:
The dot products <PRIMARY SCALING FUNCTION, DUAL WAVELET>
and <PRIMARY WAVELET, DUAL SCALING FUNCTION> -- are
supposed to be EQUAL TO 0.

But my computations show that this does not seem to be true for EVEN
orders. I am aligning the functions about their points of
symmetry / asymmetry. If somebody has looked at these properties,
I would appreciate their suggestions/help very much.
