Question: Information needed on wavelet book

I am presently investigating wavelet properties for signal
reconstruction. I am looking to incorporate fuzzy logic and neural
networks to eventually recuperate a signal burried in noise. The reason
for my posting is to find out if anyone has used Benedetto and Frazier's
book on Wavelet theory. Does it explain well the fundementals and does it
properly address the physical significance of the wavelet coefficients?
I am simply trying to find out if this is a recommended book.

You can e-mail me at stpierre@plains.nodak.edu

Thank you very much!
