Answer: Meyer's books (WD 3.4 #1)

A comment on topic #1 in the latest wavelet digest (English translation of
Meyer's book):

Meyer's book consists of three volumes. (The last one, jointly written
with Coifman, has little to do with wavelets.) The first volume makes some
references to the second volume, and in particular uses some results from
the second volume on Calderon-Zygmund operators.

Now, the English translation is only of the first volume. On the one hand,
the references to the second volume were left in the translation. On the
other hand, there's no indication that the second volume is being
translated too. I am puzzled by this, and other readers may be too.
