FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND COMPUTING
NAPIER UNIVERSITY, EDINBURGH, UK

POST-DOCTORAL FELLOW, MEDICAL SIGNAL ANALYSIS

(under review)

You will join a growing group concerned with the analysis of medical and engineering signals. You will be expected to progress the research activities of the group concerning time-frequency analysis methods for the interrogation of medical signals. Hence, you will have a strong background in time-frequency decomposition methods (STFT, wavelets, etc.) and be able to program in MATLAB. Expertise in electronic engineering, data classification methods and C++ would also be desirable. You should have a good first degree and PhD degree in a relevant subject. The post is initially for one year, however, it is expected that a continuation via grant funding will take place.

Further information on the work of the group can be found at
http://sbe.napier.ac.uk/staff/paddison/wavelet.htm.
