Workshop on Wavelet methods in signal analysis,
September 25 -- September 27, 2002
University of Bremen, Germany


The "Zentrum fuer Technomathematik" at the University of Bremen (Germany) organises a workshop subject to wavelet methods in signal analysis. The focus is on mathematical concepts, algorithms & software and industrial applications. Participants from industry as well as from academia are invited to this workshop. Workshop languages will be german and english.

We are pleased to feature presentations by

* Prof. Dr. Gilbert Strang (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)
* Dipl.-Ing. Olav Birlem (Schlafhorst Autocoro GmbH, Moenchengladbach)
* Prof. Dr. Peter Maass (University of Bremen)

These presentations will be accompanied by an intensive computer training.
