I need to build a custom wavelet: {+1, -1} Please Help?

I'm using a program called labview, and it wants me to convolve my data signal with The specific wavelet {+1, -1}. I have no idea how to construct this. Please help me out?

I think they are meaning the Haar wavelet, which is a simple pairwise difference. As a vector it is simply the two elements +1, and -1. The other part of the (father) wavelet is the sum [1, 1].
